Mail Filer for Outlook integrates itself
into Microsoft® Outlook and allows you to classify your E-mails in
independent files that will be easy to consult in the future.
Thanks to the possibility to classify e-mails
in HTML files, you will be able to use any free browser or word processing
program to consult your mails. If you desire, you can arrange things such a
way that any of you staff member will have access to your mails.
You do not want to give the possibility to
modify the extracted mails? Nothing as simple as that! Mail File can extract
and classify your mails in a JPEG format. They can then be read by any image
processing software. You just have to follow these three easy steps:

Select which e-mails you want
to classify on the Outlook window. |

Click on the special button
named “classify”. This button has been added to Outlook
during the Mail Filer installation. |

Click on the desired file
directory and confirm. |
Your e-mail or your group
of e-mails is now extracted from Outlook and saved in HTML or JPEG format.
The e-mails are saved in one or many new files in the selected directory.
